CANCELLATION POLICY

MOST orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you cannot cancel your order, please accept your order upon delivery and follow our return process. If you have any questions, please contact us by emailing natalie@power2changeyou.com or by clicking our email icon.

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days and can take up to 7-14 business days for delivery. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received email confirmation that your order has been shipped within 5 business days, please contact us at natalie@power2changeyou.com or or by clicking our email icon page for further investigation.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Presently, we only offer 50% reimbursement on ALL returns due to restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in with their original tags.
Your item(s) must be returned in its original or suitable packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase must be included in packaging upon return.

Once reviewed, you will receive a return label via email that you can print, attach to the packaging, and use at your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx locations to ship back item(s) to our fulfillment center.

Note: Power 2 Change, LLC does not cover return shipping fee.

Item(s) sent back to without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If your item(s) came damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you would like an exchange, please:

Note: If item(s) were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photo proof in form. If photo proof is not included when filling out form, the exchange process will be delayed.

Once reviewed, you will receive a return label via email that you can print, attach to the packaging, and use at your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx locations to ship back item(s) to our fulfillment center.
Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
You will be notified of receipt of order by our fulfillment center and we will reorder and ship the same product to you at no charge.

This process can take up to 2 weeks.

Buyer's remorse is excluded from our exchanges process. If you do not like what was purchased, please follow the normal returns and refund process above.

Refunds
All refunds excluding exchanges for damages, defects, or wrong item(s) are 50% of original payment method and are refunded within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
